Water Pollution Control
Control of water pollution requires appropriate infrastructure and management plans as well as legislation — from treatment process design through to compliance monitoring.
Egypt & Saudi Arabia · Since 1999
EMG Group is a specialist consultancy in environmental engineering, water and wastewater treatment systems, and water, air and soil pollution control — combining 25 years of regional delivery with German and international engineering practice.
Who we are
Founded in Egypt in 1999, EMG transfers extensive engineering expertise through experience-sharing that builds real understanding of the problems and constraints encountered when project ideas meet implementation.
Core practice
Pollution does not respect boundaries between media. We work across water, air and land with the same analytical rigour — measurement, modelling, design, and verification.

Control of water pollution requires appropriate infrastructure and management plans as well as legislation — from treatment process design through to compliance monitoring.

Air quality is closely related to the earth's climate and ecosystems globally. We assess dispersion, model microclimate and heat waste, and design abatement strategies.

Removal of pollution and contaminants from environmental media — soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water — supported by site characterisation and laboratory analysis.
Consultancy services
Engineering key expertise
Design is only credible when it is verified. EMG couples treatment process design with hydraulic and dynamic simulation, CFD, physical modelling and formal risk study, so that performance is demonstrated before it is built.
Selected work
Twenty-five years of delivery for national water authorities, research councils and international contractors — from R&D pilot plants to 250,000 m³/day infrastructure.
Reference portfolio
Our full reference portfolio records partnerships, plant commissions, research programmes and international collaborations across the last quarter century — including the German Water Partnership, KACST, JICA, UNESCO and national water authorities.
Scholar expertise
EMG's practice is anchored in continuous academic and professional development — training certifications, international conference contributions, invited lectures and appreciation letters from water authorities across the region.
